These terms apply to purchases made through the GN3D Prints website. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
2. Products
GN3D Prints sells physical 3D-printed products, including display pieces and collectible designs.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, photographs, dimensions and prices are accurate. Because products are 3D printed and may be finished by hand, minor differences in colour, surface texture, layer appearance or finish may occur. These normal manufacturing variations are not faults unless they materially affect the product’s quality, function or conformity with its description.
Colours may also appear differently depending on the customer’s screen and lighting.
Products are intended for the purpose stated in their listing. Unless expressly described otherwise, collectible display products are not toys and may contain small or delicate parts. They should be kept away from young children and handled with reasonable care.
3. Product availability
Products may be identified as:
- In stock: already manufactured and available for dispatch.
- Made to order: manufactured after the order is placed.
- On backorder: temporarily unavailable but available to order for later production or dispatch.
Availability information is provided in good faith but may occasionally be incorrect because of stock adjustments, damage or simultaneous orders.
If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and provide the choice of an alternative where appropriate or a full refund for the unavailable item.
4. Made-to-order products
Made-to-order products are normally dispatched within 3–10 working days. Production time may vary according to order quantity, complexity and the number of orders already in the production queue.
If dispatch is expected to take longer than the stated period, we will contact you. Unless a different date is agreed with you, goods will be delivered within 30 days of the order.
A standard catalogue product does not lose its normal cancellation rights merely because it is manufactured after the order is placed.
GN3D Prints does not currently offer personalised products. If personalised or customer-specified products are introduced, any applicable cancellation restrictions will be explained clearly before purchase.
5. Prices and payment
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling.
GN3D Prints is not currently registered for VAT, and VAT is therefore not separately charged.
Delivery costs and the final order total will be shown during checkout before payment is submitted.
Payment is processed using the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment information is handled by the relevant payment provider, subject to its terms and privacy practices.
If an obvious pricing or listing error occurs, we may contact you before dispatch to offer the product at the correct price or cancel and refund the affected item.
6. Placing an order
You are responsible for checking your basket, delivery address and contact information before placing an order.
After checkout, you should receive an order acknowledgement. This confirms that we have received the order but does not necessarily mean it has been accepted.
The contract between you and GN3D Prints is formed when we accept and begin processing the order or send confirmation that it has been dispatched. If we cannot accept the order, we will notify you and refund any payment taken.
We may refuse or cancel an order where:
- A product is unavailable.
- Payment cannot be authorised.
- Information supplied appears incomplete or fraudulent.
- A price or product description contains an obvious error.
- The order would breach a legal or delivery restriction.
7. Dispatch and delivery
In-stock products are normally dispatched within 24 hours. Orders placed during weekends or bank holidays will normally be dispatched on the next working day.
Delivery options, estimated delivery times and charges are shown during checkout. Delivery estimates begin when the order is dispatched rather than when it is placed.
Made-to-order production time is additional to the carrier’s delivery estimate.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional costs caused by an incorrect address or an uncollected delivery may be charged where legally permitted.
Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to you or to a person you have nominated to receive them.

8. Cancelling an order and change-of-mind returns
For most products purchased online, you may cancel without giving a reason from the time the order is placed until 14 days after the day the goods are delivered.
To cancel, email [email protected] with your name, order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You may also use the cancellation form at the end of these terms.
After notifying us, you must return the goods within a further 14 days.
Unless the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect, you are responsible for the return postage cost. We recommend using a tracked service because the product remains your responsibility until it is received.
You may inspect a product as you would in a shop. We may make a lawful deduction from the refund if excessive handling has reduced its value.
Following a valid cancellation, we will refund:
- The price paid for the returned goods.
- The cost of our least expensive standard delivery option, where applicable.
Premium or expedited delivery costs above the standard delivery charge are not refundable unless the product was faulty or the order was incorrect.
Refunds will normally be issued using the original payment method within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or acceptable evidence that they have been sent back.

9. Faulty, damaged or incorrect products
Products must be as described, fit for their intended purpose and of satisfactory quality.
If a product arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact [email protected] as soon as reasonably possible. Include the order number, a description of the issue and photographs where these help demonstrate the problem.
Depending on the circumstances and your legal rights, we may offer a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund. GN3D Prints will cover reasonable return costs where goods are confirmed to be faulty, damaged on arrival or supplied incorrectly.
Nothing in these terms restricts your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
10. Customer accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account password secure and for information submitted through your account.
Please notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
We may suspend an account where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, misuse, security concerns or a material breach of these terms.
Guest checkout may be available, but guest purchases are not ordinarily connected automatically to an existing Pokédex collection.
11. GN3D Pokédex and rewards
Registered customers may be eligible for the GN3D Pokédex collection and rewards programme.
Qualifying Poké Ball purchases made through the appropriate customer account may:
- Add the corresponding entry to the customer’s Pokédex.
- Increase qualifying purchase progress.
- Unlock one-time discount rewards when an applicable tier is achieved.
Anime Balls, Poké Ball bundles and any other products identified as non-qualifying do not contribute towards Pokédex reward progress. Eligible made-to-order Poké Balls may qualify once the corresponding order reaches the required status.
Refunded, cancelled, fraudulent or charged-back purchases may be removed from Pokédex progress. Where a reward was obtained through a purchase that is subsequently refunded or reversed, the reward may also be cancelled.
Pokédex coupons:
- Are issued for use by the eligible customer.
- May be used once.
- Remain valid until used unless otherwise stated when issued.
- Have no cash value.
- Cannot be sold or transferred.
- Cannot ordinarily be combined with another coupon unless expressly permitted.
- Apply only to eligible product values and do not reduce delivery charges unless expressly stated.
We may correct genuine technical or administrative errors in collection progress. We may also modify the programme prospectively, but changes will not intentionally remove a valid coupon already earned and issued.
12. Promotions and coupon codes
Promotions and coupon codes are subject to any additional conditions shown with the offer.
Unless stated otherwise:
- Only one coupon may be used per order.
- Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Coupons cannot be applied retrospectively.
- Cancelled or refunded orders do not restore a single-use coupon automatically; contact us if assistance is required.
- We may reject coupons obtained or used through fraud, manipulation or a technical error.
13. Intellectual property and website media
The GN3D Prints website, branding, original written content, product photographs and original graphics are owned by or licensed to GN3D Prints and may not be copied, redistributed or used commercially without permission.
Certain physical designs are produced under licences or permissions from their respective designers, including applicable designs from N3D Melbourne and CPL3D. Design credits shown on product listings remain applicable.
Pokémon names, characters, sprites, logos and related trademarks or copyrights belong to their respective owners, including Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Game Freak and Creatures where applicable.
GN3D Prints is an independent seller and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Game Freak or Creatures.
Third-party names and imagery are used to identify or describe the relevant character-inspired products and collections. Their appearance on this website does not transfer ownership to GN3D Prints or imply endorsement.
No website disclaimer grants GN3D Prints or its customers rights beyond those provided by applicable licences or the law.
14. Website availability
We aim to keep the website accurate, secure and available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
We may temporarily suspend parts of the website for maintenance, security work, migration or technical problems. Product availability, account features and Pokédex displays may occasionally be delayed by caching, synchronisation or other technical issues.
15. Liability
GN3D Prints does not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by negligence.
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
- Breach of statutory consumer rights.
- Any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Subject to those protections, GN3D Prints is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.
16. Privacy
Our use of personal information is explained in the GN3D Prints Privacy Policy available on this website.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when our services, policies or legal obligations change.
The terms applying to an order are normally those displayed when the order was placed. Updated terms will apply to future orders from their published date.
18. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you retain any mandatory protections and rights available under the law applicable to you.
